Hangi kişisel verileri işliyoruz?

• Bu sitede iletişim formu, üyelik, çerez veya analitik/izleme aracı yoktur; site sizden doğrudan bilgi toplamaz.
• Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde, siteyi barındıran GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages) tarafından IP adresiniz, tarayıcı bilgisi, istenen sayfa ve erişim zamanı gibi teknik erişim kayıtları tutulur.

İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebepler

Toplama yöntemi
Veriler, siteyi ziyaretiniz sırasında barındırma altyapısı tarafından otomatik olarak ve e-posta ya da telefonla bize ilettiğinizde tarafınızdan iletilerek elektronik ortamda toplanır.

Aktarım
Erişim kayıtları siteyi barındıran GitHub, Inc. tarafından, e-posta yazışmaları e-posta hizmetimizi sağlayan Google tarafından işlenir. Bu hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunduğundan kişisel verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılmış olur; aktarım KVKK'nın 9. maddesindeki koşullar çerçevesinde yapılır. Kişisel verileriniz, yasal bir yükümlülük olmadıkça başka kimseyle paylaşılmaz.

Haklarınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi isteme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, KVKK'daki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini ve bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucunda aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Başvurularınızı, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ'e uygun olarak yukarıdaki adrese yazılı olarak veya info@algorismu.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuz en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır.

What personal data do we process?

• This site has no contact form, accounts, cookies or analytics/tracking tools; it does not collect information from you directly.
• When you visit the site, GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages), which hosts it, keeps technical access logs such as your IP address, browser information, the page requested and the time of access.
• If you email or call us, the information you send us, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Purposes and legal grounds
Access logs are processed to serve the site securely and reliably; contact details are processed to answer your request and correspond with you. This processing relies on legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) KVKK and, where your request concerns entering into a contract, on Article 5(2)(c).

How data is collected
Data is collected electronically: automatically by the hosting infrastructure when you visit the site, and from you when you contact us by email or phone.

Transfers
Access logs are processed by GitHub, Inc., which hosts the site, and email correspondence by Google, which provides our email service. As these providers' servers are located outside Türkiye, your personal data is transferred abroad; such transfers are made within the conditions of Article 9 KVKK. Your personal data is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.

Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you may learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred, request its correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request its erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK and the notification of these actions to such third parties, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send requests in writing to the address above or to info@algorismu.com, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
